To receive your Police Certificate digitally, you’ll need to have a MyPost account and have agreed to the applicable MyPost Account – Terms of Use and Australia Post Document Services Terms and Conditions.

If your email address isn’t already associated with a MyPost account, we’ll send an email after submitting your Police Certificate application that will allow you to register for one. We (Australia Post) use the information you provide for these purposes.

Please note: Police Certificates showing criminal history can’t be provided digitally and will automatically be posted to your nominated address.
